Ordering couldn't be simplier. So that we can best cater to your party balloon needs, you may be asked to enter in some options for each product that you order. Below is a small step-by-step guide to get from start to finish:
1. Select your occasion.
2. Choose from our range of balloon products.
3. Select a colour and height, where applicable.
4. Add your chosen product to the Cart as normal.
5. During the payment process, select your desired store to collect your order from*, along with your collection date**, and your preferred time (AM or PM)***.
6. Pay for your order via PayPal or debit/credit card.
7. Come in-store to collect your order at a the chosen time that suits you.

** Your collection date should be at least one day later for standard arrangements. Please allow up to two days for balloon arches.
*** AM is typically between 10:00 - 12:00 and PM is typically between 12:00 - 5:00, depending on the opening hours of the store on the day.
